Meditative Morning Under the Oaks
9:00-11:00 Pranayama (Breathing) Meditation
followed by a Meditative Yin Yoga class. With breaks to journal.
11:11-11:31 Walking Meditation
Reflection. Gratitude. Release.
Happy Full Moon! The focus of this practice is to reflect on the life feeling of gratitude and letting go of what no longer serves you and your highest and best good. After releasing your burdens, standing, walking, and glowing in your truth.
Come and enjoy a morning with Virginia Sgromolo and Elizabeth Williams. Elizabeth Williams will lead the Yin Yoga experience. Yin Yoga is a practice of receiving the depth and beauty of a hip opening stretch.
Virginia will explain and guide you through a walking meditation on the Healing Hara Property.
